Fluxco Privacy Policy

Effective date: Oct 29, 2026

Fluxco ("Fluxco," "we," "us") is a transformer procurement company based in Austin, Texas. This policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal information through the Fluxco Platform: our website, customer and supplier accounts, and the tools for specifying, quoting, approving, and tracking transformer projects (the "Platform"). We do not sell personal information.

1. Information we collect

2. How we use information

We use personal information to respond to inquiries and quote requests; build and review specifications and supplier quotes, including with AI-assisted tools; run the bidding, award, manufacturing, and delivery process; provide leasing, service, and warranty support; manage accounts; evaluate job applicants; send business communications you can opt out of, including text messages such as project updates, quote and order notifications, and service alerts if you opt in; protect the Platform against spam, fraud, and abuse; understand how the Platform is used so we can improve it; and meet legal obligations.

3. How we share information

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We do not share mobile contact information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. Cookies, retention, and security

We use cookies and similar technologies to run the Platform, keep you signed in, remember your settings, understand how the Platform is used, and detect errors. Marketing cookies are used only if you allow them, and you can change that choice at any time in our cookie preferences. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser, though some features may stop working. Our site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" signals.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including active projects, warranty periods, and legal, tax, and recordkeeping requirements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no system is completely secure.
